Reasons people reach out
- Corrections and respectful labeling. If a listing uses a tag or pronoun that does not match how a creator describes themselves, or a price or activity note is out of date, tell us where and we will put it right.
- Creator requests. Creators who want their listing removed, or their tags and details updated, can email us their username along with a way for us to verify they own it. We treat these as a priority and act promptly.
- Partnerships. Affiliate and partner opportunities that serve an adult audience, especially ones that respect LGBTQ+ creators and fans.
How we communicate
Email is our only channel. We do not have a phone line, a mailing address or a form on the site. Questions about your OnlyFans account or billing are best directed to OnlyFans support.
